◈ 직무 개요
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements, optimizing workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee IT projects by tracking project timelines, budgets, and scopes with an agile approach. Manage risk mitigation and resolve project-related challenges effectively.
- Document comprehensive business requirements and communicate them to system design and development teams to guide the creation of software or IT systems.
- Conduct daily diagnostics on system issues and provide user support, with a focus on retail operation applications.
- Lead as an IT point of contact between business stakeholders and technology teams, facilitating discussions and negotiations on requirement changes.
- Support evaluation and implementation of IT solutions (e.g, e-signature, printing, collaboration tools)- Monitor and manage IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with global teams and vendors
◈ 경력 요건
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant department or industry.
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, networks, and end-user devices- Experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or service management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Language skills: Proficiency in English (reading and writing essential, but native fluency not mandatory) and Korean.
- Good interpersonal skills.
