◈ 직무 개요
· Develop and implement global retail excellence initiatives to enhance client experience and drive sales performance by leveraging digital tools, executing F&B services and engaging in-store events.
· Analyze retail landscape incl. comprehensive competitor analysis, in-depth market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the retail environment.
· Communicate retail KPIs, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across all stores.
· Collaborate with Retail Management and Retail Training function to enhance the capabilities of store teams in ensuring consistent delivery of
exceptional client experience and identifying areas for improvement.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, communication, etc. to drive integrated retail strategies and initiatives.
· Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
· Collaborate with colleagues within the Retail Excellence Team to align strategic priorities and drive operational excellence in the market.

· 10+ years of experience in retail excellence, retail management, or any relevant
· Extensive knowledge of luxury retail industry trends and best practices.
· Proven track record of driving retail excellence and achieving business results.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
