◈ 직무 개요
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies for eCommerce channels
- Oversee eCommerce budgeting, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability - Analyze and report sales and other KPIs such as traffic, conversion, etc. using GA, Tableau and other tools
- Forecast sales and create promotions to drive growth
- Develop and manage omnichannel initiatives to bridge online and offline experiences
- Build weekly / monthly reporting and online business review
- Report regularly to senior management and the HQ on performance and strategic initiatives
- Provide insights and business strategies and offer a clear understanding of key KPIs
- Products forecast and assortment review in collaboration with Merchandising team
- Manage stocks and conduct replenishment to reduce out of stock in online channels
- Work closely with Logistics, Marketing, Retail and Merchandising teams to align strategies and drive performance
- Maintain regular communication with HQ, provide business updates, and work together to enhance performance
- Monitor best practices from competitors and seek new opportunities for online channels
- Lead and motivate e-Commerce team and develop strong teamwork
◈ 경력 요건
- Minimum 10 years of experience in e-commerce and digital in Fashion, Jewelry or Cosmetics
- Proven hands-on experience managing brand.com and marketplace channels - Deep understanding of digital customer behavior and eCommerce ecosystem
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong capability in platform negotiation, commercial planning, and performance management
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within matrix organizations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
