직무 개요
  • - Ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization’s business objectives and meet all legal requirements. 
  • - Oversee compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design and analysis. 
  • - Manage annual salary increase process and provide compensation package for job offer to the candidates. 
  • - Review and reconcile monthly payroll by closely corresponding with payroll vendor.
  • - Manage yearly budgeting process and provide personal costs analysis accordingly.
  • - Facilitate and control compensation and benefits data administration and reporting via Success factors and other related compensation administration tools.
  • - Conduct monthly closing of labor costs and prepare requested documents for finance audits.

경력 요건
  • - Bachelor’s degree
  • - Minimum 5 years of HR generalist professional work experience (previous experience in multinational company and/or retail industry preferred)
  • - Excellent PC(MS-Office) skills, excellent speaking / writing skills both in English and Korean
  • - Knowledge of HR basic policies and procedures
