주요업무 : 

1) Oversees the entire operations activities from feedstock preparation, inventory management, sorting operations, maintenance, H&S and environmental & permit as per the company’s and GM’s instructions

2) Plans and sets out budgets on the operations activities and implements the operations plans

3) Improves performance results of the operations activities monitoring improvement action plans

4) Involves in and contributes to Capital Expenditure Investment activities including expansion of existing facilities, addition of new facilities and construction of existing or/and new facilities overall

자격요건 : 

1) Job career : 15+ Years in Manufacturing/Processing operation environment with managing more than 20 staff on-site (Chajang to Easa)

2) In-depth knowledge or/and experiences either or multiple in Mechanical machinery operations (mainly conveyor systems) / Repair & Maintenance / Production planning & scheduling / Operator shift management / Inventory management / Health & Safety / Logistics or/and equivalent

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (experience with public officials on contractual arrangements or equivalent to be preferred)

4) Good English(우대) Good speaking & writing/reading ability in English to be preferred, but not essential
